Kamil has over 15 years of experience in strategic and technology consulting, project management and delivering of IT services for business. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, Kamil specializes in increasing the efficiency of organizations and implementing methods and structures to optimize the use of the latest IT solutions. As a CEO of DataRiseLab, he advises Clients on the design of enterprise architecture in the area of data management, preparation of technological transformations and support in their implementation. In his career, he has worked for Clients in the financial services, retail, HoReCa, mining, automotive, industrial and energy sectors in Poland and abroad.
Skills: Expert in project management (Agile, Scrum, Lean), managing development teams, business process optimization, data analysis and modelling. Kamil also has experience in integrating data from various systems and designing applications tailored to specific Client requirements.

Chief Growth Officer
Szymon specializes in business process optimization and financial reporting. He has managed the implementation of controlling systems and processes to improve financial and analytical reporting, significantly enhancing organizational operational efficiency. Szymon has been responsible for automating month-end closing, optimizing fund management, and implementing new budgeting processes in international companies. His work focuses on delivering data-driven solutions and modern reporting tools that support strategic decision-making.
Skills: Expert in financial data analysis, process modeling and testing, and reporting optimization. Szymon has experience in implementing controlling systems, automating business processes, and managing optimization projects that drive quality, productivity, and operational savings.

Chief Operating Officer
Filip specializes in production process optimization and operational management. He has led projects involving production transfers across countries, successfully launching production lines in a short timeframe and achieving full operational capacity. Filip has implemented improvements based on Lean Management, Kaizen, and Total Production Maintenance, resulting in increased production efficiency and significant cost reductions. He has extensive experience in optimizing supply chains, reducing machine failures, and improving process quality, leading to enhanced operational efficiency for organizations.
